Antitrust Statement
It is the strict policy of the WPRC, in all of its activities and member discussions, to adhere to its objective of advocating on behalf of the American warfighter, and ensuring that Congressional and military leaders maintain adequate funding for clothing and individual equipment. This policy is critical in WPRC’s effort to avoid violation of federal and state antitrust laws. It is the policy of the WPRC and its members not to:
- illegally agree or conspire to take any action that constitutes price fixing, or to discuss, consider or debate prices and production costs, production targets, market allocation or division;
- illegally agree to conspire to take action or engage in discussion relating to the boycott, refusal to deal with, or exclusion of competitors;
- illegally agree or conspire to improperly set or discuss standards or codes or ethics that unreasonably inhibit or restrict competition; or
- engage in or discuss any other subject prohibited by antitrust laws.
If the WPRC determines that any member has violated this policy, or suggested that this policy be violated, the offending member will be subject to sanction to include possible expulsion from WPRC membership.
